Accessibility at the Düsseldorf Oktoberfest
To ensure that all guests can enjoy the Düsseldorf Oktoberfest, we have designed the festival barrier-free. For individual questions, our team is happy to be at your disposal by phone at 0231-22819460.
Barrier-free access and grounds
The entire festival grounds and marquee are barrier-free and wheelchair accessible.
Sanitary facilities
There are wheelchair-accessible restrooms on site that are easily accessible.
Parking
Four disabled parking spaces are available in the immediate vicinity of the marquee. Reserve these in advance by emailing .
On-site support
Our service and stewardship staff will be happy to answer questions and provide minor assistance. However, please note that the following assistance is not available:
- Assistance on the toilet
- Lifting or carrying guests
- Support in taking food or medicine
- Medical care
Accompanying persons
A supervisor is required if:
- the guest cannot be assisted independently during an evacuation,
- communication with staff is not possible or
- safety instructions cannot be understood or followed.
Assistance Dogs
Unfortunately, assistance dogs are not allowed on the festival grounds due to noise levels and limited space.
