Arrival & departure - How to get to the Düsseldorf Oktoberfest?

The Düsseldorf Oktoberfest takes place on the Düsseldorfer Wiesen (Schützenplatz Eller, Heidelberger Str. 4, 40229 Düsseldorf ). Thanks to ideal transport links, you can reach us quickly and easily – by car, public transport, cab or UBER.

By public transportation

Schützenplatz Eller has excellent public transportation connections. The nearest stop is Düsseldorf-Eller Süd (S-Bahn), just 350 meters away (about a 5-minute walk).

Düsseldorf main station: S6 direction Cologne-Nippes, travel time approx. 10 minutes
Cologne main station: S6 towards Essen main station, travel time approx. 35 minutes
Solingen main station: RE49 towards Wesel, change at Düsseldorf main station on S6, travel time approx. 30 minutes.
Wuppertal main station: RE4 towards Aachen, change at Düsseldorf main station on S6, travel time approx. 35 minutes.
Langenfeld main station: S6 towards Essen main station, travel time approx. 15 minutes

By car

The site is easily accessible via the following highways:

A46: exit Düsseldorf-Eller
Highway A3: exit Düsseldorf-Süd
A59: via Düsseldorf-Süd interchange to the A46

Parking

Free parking is available in the area, for example in Heidelberger Straße.
There are no public parking spaces on the festival grounds.
VIP parking spaces directly at the marquee can be reserved (very limited). Request:

Cab & UBER

Cabs and UBER vehicles can stop directly in front of the marquee and easily pick you up or drop you off.
