General Terms and Conditions
§ 1 General
- The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts concluded between Just Festivals Event Media GmbH, Baroper Marktplatz 3, 44225 Dortmund, Germany (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”) and its customers via the above-mentioned websites.
- Customers within the meaning of the GTC are both consumers (Section 13 BGB) and entrepreneurs (Section 14 BGB).
- Deviating or conflicting terms and conditions of the customer shall not become part of the contract unless the organizer has expressly agreed to their validity in writing.
§ 2 Conclusion of contract
- The contract for the purchase of tickets is concluded when the customer clicks on the “Buy now” or “Order ticket” button and the organizer accepts the order by sending a confirmation email.
- The tickets do not guarantee any entitlement to specific seats, unless they have been explicitly booked as such (e.g. tables 103A and 103B).
- The presentation of tickets on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to the customer to submit an offer.
§ 3. tickets and cancelations
- Tickets can only be purchased from authorized partners or via the official websites of the organizer.
- Cancellation or return of tickets is generally excluded.
- Tickets lose their validity if the customer does not appear by 19:00.
In this case, there is no entitlement to a refund. - The resale of tickets is prohibited without the consent of the organizer.
§ 4 Reservations
- Reservations are only possible when booking at least 2 x 4-person tickets (e.g. area A and B of a table) or VIP tables.
- Table reservations are only guaranteed until 18:30.
These can then be released by the organizer. - The schematic representation of the tables in the booking tool is for orientation purposes only.
Deviations in the actual position or alignment are possible.
§ 5 Prices and payment
- All prices quoted are final prices and include VAT.
- Payment is only possible by credit card, debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or other cashless payment methods, as well as in cash at the box office.
§ 6 Event conditions
The following event conditions apply to all ticket holders:
- Admission and re-admission:
- Admission only with a valid ticket.
- When leaving the tent, there is no entitlement to re-entry.
- Behavior at the event:
- Dancing on benches is permitted, standing, sitting or dancing on tables is prohibited.
- Guests who behave inappropriately may be removed from the premises by security staff.
- Bring your own items:
- Bringing your own food and drink as well as dangerous objects (e.g. weapons, drugs, glass containers, pyrotechnics) is prohibited.
- Bag checks can be carried out.
- Program changes:
- The organizer reserves the right to change the program or replace artists.
There is no entitlement to a refund.
- Image and sound recordings:
- Guests agree to the creation and publication of image and sound recordings for advertising purposes.
- Domestic authority:
- The house rules are exercised by the organizer or its staff.
Guests may be refused entry without giving reasons.
- Protection of minors:
- Admission only for persons aged 18 and over, even if accompanied by an adult.
§ 7. place of performance – choice of law – place of jurisdiction
- The place of performance and payment is Dortmund.
- German law shall apply to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
- For customers who are consumers, the mandatory consumer protection regulations of their country of residence apply.
- The exclusive place of jurisdiction for merchants is Dortmund.
§ 8 Exclusion of liability
- The organizer is not liable for lost or stolen items.
- The customer is liable for any damage caused by the customer to the stage equipment or the tent.
§ 9 Right of withdrawal
- There is no right of withdrawal, as this concerns the booking of leisure events that take place on a specific date (Section 312g (2) No. 9 BGB).
§ 10 Data protection
The privacy policy is available on the website and describes the collection, processing and use of personal data.
